The First Presbyterian Church is Chaffee County’s representative for Energy Outreach Colorado. The mission of EOC is to ensure that all low-income Coloradans can meet their home energy needs. Services include:
- Financial help with electric or natural gas bills
- Financial help with propane
- Free firewood
