We Are Chaffee Resources is Chaffee County’s community-built directory and connection hub—created to help every person feel a sense of belonging, access, connection, and support.
Here, everyone can easily find accurate, local information about services, programs, and wellness opportunities across the county.

Whether someone is seeking essentials like housing support or food resources, or they’re looking for childcare, bodywork, health providers, classes, counseling, or recreation programs, We Are Chaffee Resources helps connect our community to the organizations that strengthen health and well-being.

A Tool for Navigators, Case Managers & Helpers

Community navigators, peer supporters, and helping professionals rely on clear, accurate, and organized information. We Are Chaffee Resources is built to strengthen collaboration, efficiency, and continuity of care by giving navigators a trusted place to find updated listings, related services, and educational tools they can use with the people they support.

A Project with Deep Community Roots

Originally created in 2013 through the Chaffee County Health Coalition, this resource grew out of a shared desire to improve access, collaboration, and community well-being. As Chaffee County expanded and needs evolved, our partners recognized the importance of a more connected, inclusive directory.

In 2026, the platform was reimagined and relaunched as We Are Chaffee Resources—a modern, accessible, community-guided tool that reflects our county’s commitment to connection, collaboration, and belonging.

Part of the We Are Chaffee Movement

We Are Chaffee Resources is an extension of the We Are Chaffee initiative, which elevates local stories, builds empathy, and strengthens our sense of community. While We Are Chaffee showcases the stories that bind us, this directory strengthens the practical connections that help people live, grow, and thrive in Chaffee County.

Maintained by Local Partners

We Are Chaffee Resources is maintained by Chaffee County Public Health, supported by the Chaffee County Community Foundation and the Chaffee County Board of County Commissioners. We work closely with community partners to keep information accurate, relevant, and up to date.

We Are Chaffee Resources is a tool and website—not a navigator, case manager, or service provider. Our team maintains the site. For support, please reach out to the listed organizations directly for what you need.
