Heidi Schoedel, RYT 500, YACEP: Lead Teacher has 13+ years of experience teaching Yoga in Colorado and Mexico, was the coordinator of Playa Yoga Tribe in Playa del Carmen, Mexico for 3 years before Covid hit managing 25 international teachers, offering over 50 classes/week & special events every weekend. Heidi is also certified in Laughter Yoga, the Padma Mudra Vinyasa Sequence, and has completed Pre-School Yoga Workshop & Yoga & Aging Gracefully With Yoga (Accessible Yoga) Workshop.
