Cost Plus Pharmacy
Buena Vista Drug’s Cost Plus Pharmacy offers transparent, affordable prescription pricing for patients with or without insurance. By cutting out pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and insurance billing, we provide medications at near-cost pricing — the pharmacy’s cost + a 15% markup + a $10 dispensing fee. Controlled medications have a slightly higher markup to cover regulatory costs

This model lets you see exactly what you’re paying for and often results in significant savings—especially for generic medications or those not well covered by insurance.
Membership plans are available for added benefits like free delivery, free flu shots, and discounts on services and store items, but you don’t need to be a member to take advantage of Cost Plus pricing.
