Senior Grab-and-Go Meals
Description
The Church of the Ascension provides Grab-and-Go older adult meals three days a week for adults age 60 and over. Meals are nutritious, ready to take home, and designed to support older adults who prefer a quick pickup option rather than congregate dining.

Meals on Wheels (Home Delivery)
Description
The Church of the Ascension continues to support Meals on Wheels service for homebound seniors, providing delivered meals to older adults who are unable to shop or cook for themselves. Deliveries help ensure that high-risk individuals can receive essential nutrition safely at home.
How It Works
- Home-delivered meals for older adults who are homebound, recovering, or at high health risk
- Individuals who previously ate inside the church building now pick up meals at the back door (due to health-safety measures)
- Operated in partnership with UAACOG
- Provides balanced meals and welfare checks from volunteer drivers
