Energy Outreach Colorado – Bill Payment Assistance
Provides financial help for past-due natural gas or electric bills, including:
- Up to $1,000 per household per program year
- Payments made directly to the utility provider
- Assists with preventing shut-off or restoring disconnected service
Eligibility
You may qualify if:
- You are disconnected, have a past-due energy bill, or are low on fuel
- The bill is at least one day overdue
- You pay your bill directly to a utility or fuel provider
- You have not received EOC assistance for this same bill from another partner agency during the current program year (10/1–9/30)
- Your household income meets program limits
