I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and cultivating lives rooted in authenticity, embodiment and self-trust. My practice offers a respectful, nuanced space for those navigating trauma, religious harm and deconstruction, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration and affirmation, codependency, body image concerns, grief and experiences of domestic violence.
My approach is eclectic with a focus on liberation psychology, IFS and ketamine-assisted therapy. I'm a white, cisgender, queer woman who is spiritual but nonreligious. My social location informs my anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I welcome conversations about identity, power and systemic harm, and I aim to co-create a space where you feel seen and respected.
Therapy with me is collaborative, informed by somatics and grounded in feminist values. I believe it's never too late to come home to yourself whether you've endured trauma, loss or other forms of harm and heartbreak. I would be honored to support you in your journey of healing and reconnection to yourself and others.
