The School to Work Alliance Program is a collaborative initiative between the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), local school districts and is supported by the Colorado Department of Education. Mtn. BOCES SWAP serves students and young adults aged 15-24 years old in Chaffee, Park and Lake Counties by providing case management and direct services to help those who are eligible to receive DVR services achieve gainful employment. We provide a variety of employment and career services including: Career Exploration, Post-Secondary Education Counseling, Self-Advocacy Training, Work Based Learning Experiences, Work Readiness Training such as resume, job application, and interview support.
