I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling for individuals, families, and couples in Chaffee County. My work focuses on supporting clients through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns in youth and teens. I also offer specialized support for first responders, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and individuals navigating medical stressors, identity development, or major life transitions.
My approach is holistic, interactive, and collaborative. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic and family-based models, attachment theory, and strengths-based practices. With 17 years of experience, I tailor my interventions and resources to each client’s unique needs while providing direct, compassionate feedback, humor, and authenticity along the way.
In addition to outpatient therapy, I provide clinical supervision for LPC candidates and offer psychedelic-assisted therapy for clients who are an appropriate fit and seeking deeper trauma or mental-health support.
Above all, my practice is grounded in inclusivity and safety. Clients of all identities, backgrounds, and family structures are welcome, affirmed, and supported. My goal is to create a space where people can reduce symptoms, repair relationships, gain clarity, and move toward the life they envision.
