Nourish is here for all families in Chaffee County! We support new parents and their little ones from birth through the first year - whether it’s your first child or your fifth! A nurse home visitor will met with your family multiple times over the first year - from late pregnancy through your baby’s first birthday. Visits occur more frequently at the beginning at space out as you become more comfortable and confident.
