* Services are provided prenatally as well as for families with children from birth to three years old.
* Weekly visits consist of activities and support based on your child’s current development and your family’s interests.
* Home visits continue until your child is eligible to enter the center based program, and your family feels ready.
* Topics Include: Prenatal health and attachment (If applicable), social emotional development, physical and brain development, language, literacy, basic care, play, family culture, and stress management.
* The home visitor’s role is to use best practices to support your family in a way that values and honors every member’s perspective and viewpoint.
* Opportunity to participate in home based gatherings, gain links to community resources, and receive support in accessing ongoing care.

We are funded by Head Start, Colorado Preschool Program, Special Education, ECARE, Early Head Start, and tuition for District employees. We waitlist based on child and family need.
