The In-Home Services Program provides temporary support to eligible older adults who require assistance with daily living activities due to an acute diagnosis or health-related event. Services may include homemaker assistance, personal care, and other supports that help individuals remain safely at home during recovery.

- Up to 48 hours of service
- Available for up to six weeks
- Provider reimbursement rate: $24/hour
- Must use a preferred provider
