Chaffee Resources is a service of the Chaffee County Health Coalition with major sponsorship provided by Chaffee County Public Health, Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, Solvista Health and Chaffee County Human Services.

Vision: All people in Chaffee County have opportunities to achieve healthy and connected lives in a community that embraces every aspect of health and wellbeing.
