We believe people do recover from extreme emotional and addictive conditions. We’re here to facilitate the healing, growth, and learning required to move our client’s lives forward. We help people with interpersonal, emotional, behavioral, and substance issues. We do our best to find a way to work with anyone interested in improving his or her life.  People work with me who want to live a more engaged life. They want stronger relationships and more mindfulness awareness. Consequently, people who work with me develop an appreciation for the complexity of their lives and the lives of those around them. I’m not the type of therapist who candy-coats feedback, and my clients appreciate that about me. Services include:

We offer a range of therapy groups and individual counseling sessions. EMDR, couples counseling and marriage therapy are also available. We are licensed in Colorado to provide both outpatient treatment and intensive outpatient treatment.
