As a counselor, my goal is to provide an environment that allows the client to feel safe, supported and heard without judgement. It is only in this environment that a client is then able to explore their needs, strengths, worries and desires. I believe clients are the experts on their lives and work to create goals with them, not for them. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to use therapeutic methods that support clients in facilitating lasting change.
