| Valley-Wide is dedicated to becoming the provider of choice for residents located in and near Chaffee County, one of the only counties in Colorado that does not have access to the services provided by a community health center. The Buena Vista clinic location complements Valley-Wide’s other health center locations in the Upper and Lower Arkansas Valleys, and in the San Luis Valley.
At Valley-Wide Buena Vista, we are dedicated to providing patients of all ages with quality, comprehensive primary and preventive health care that includes family medicine and dental services with the addition of integrated behavioral health services. Added services and staff will bring economic benefits to the community as well.
